Greeting! As requested by many parents, finally I bring out this photo printing service.

FAQs:

1. How is the image quality and printing quality?

All images are taken using high end Canon professional lenses and digital SLR cameras, up to 21 Mega Pixels.

All images have been retouched and enhanced with Adobe Photoshop in order to get the best quality and colors before sending to photo printing lab; and I choose the professional photo printing labs such as Adorama for high quality printing.

2. How long do it take to receive the pictures?

Usually it takes 4-6 business days for your order to process and print.

3. How can I get the pictures?

- You can choose mail to your home address ($4-$5 extra for shipping & handling, and 2-3 additional days for mail to arrival)
- Pick up by yourself from Adorama Photo Lab (I will email you the order# for picking up)
- None of above, then you can wait, I will bring to you on the next tournament. (This is for large print 11"x14" and larger, or poster size print only.)

4. Where and when can I pick up the pictures?

6. I want put a large photo of my child on the wall of our house. Can I get larger size than you list above, even poster size?

Yes, but not available for all images. For the large size of a specified photo, please contact me for the availability.

7. I want to print by myself, can you email me these high resolution digital files?

Yes, but they are not for free. High resolution digital files are available for purchase only. Delivery by email or on CD via post office.

8. Can I get photo paper other than Lustre and Metallic?

Yes, you can. Besides Kodak Professional Endura Supra Lustre and Kodak Professional Endura Metallic, you can choose Kodak Royal Glossy, Kodak Professional Endura Supra Glossy, Kodak Professional Endura Supra Matte, or Kodak Professional Endura Supra Silk Paper.

Kodak Royal Glossy
Durable, heavy weight and vibrant colors. Best for daily snapshots.Only available in 3.5x5, 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 20x30. For all other print sizes please chose Endure professional prints.

Kodak Professional Endura Supra Glossy
Soft, smooth, realistic flesh-tone reproduction, intense blacks, Enhanced detail from highlights to shadows. Best for weddings, portraiture, sport. Prints up to 20x30.

Kodak Professional Endura Supra Matte
Soft, smooth, realistic flesh-tone reproduction, intense blacks, Enhanced detail from highlights to shadows. Best for weddings, portraiture, sport. Prints up to 20x30.

Kodak Professional Endura Supra Lustre

Kodak Professional Endura Supra Silk
Delicate linen-like texture that gives a vintage feel to your images. Especially suited for weddings and portraiture. Prints up to 11x17.

Kodak Professional Endura Metallic Paper
Unique, very rich, vibrant colors, distinctive metallic look that catches the eye. Great for weddings, portraiture, sport, fashion, commercial. Prints up to 24x36.

9. How am I going to pay for the pictures which I ordered?

Please fill the form below, I will calculate the total cost and send you invoice or payment request throught Paypal, then you can pay by credit card or transfer fund from your bank account.

10. I don't see any picture of my child while some other kids have more than 1 picture, what's going on? You skip him/her? Does my child not look cute and pretty?

I have tried my best to take a picture for every kid who participates the tournament, but it's not possible.

Because after I finish taking pictures for one section and go for other section, there are always some kids who finish their game earlier than others, leave empty seats there. And when the section come in for the next round, I always try to find out who got skipped, but there are too many kids, I can't remember who...

11. Who can order the print of the photos and purchase the digital files?

Only the family members of the kid whom on the image, can order the print of the photo and purchase the digital file.

Any of these purchased images, either print or digital file, is for private used only, not for using on any kind of commercial purpose. If you want to use the photo or digital file commercially, please contact me before you do so.

When you order the print, please fill out all requested areas, because I need to confirm the information from NYChessKids tournament's database, to make sure only the family member(s) of the kid whom on the image can purchase it.
